kratos - raiden - 2:1

he zones a lot with arrows, then parry 4 combo, jip with 1,f41 into combo. kratos takes a lot of damage with his combo, i tried to punish but i couldnt get really close to him..

i had some fights after with him, liu vs cyber sub: he zones a lot with bomb, ice, bomb, jp d4, crossover d1, crossover 11 cancel, crossover 33 ....until he got u 4 combo and then zone starts again....

I'm not that confident in my Smoke tbh.

Hey guys, I'll contact my guy today but I'd like some more practice against you guys. I'll probably be using Reptile, and not Kabal. My Kabal is a bit rusty because he's so input heavy and I cannot afford to mess up dash cancels since a full punish hurts big time! My reptile is more consistent anyway. Perhaps I'll switch to Kabal if the matchup doesn't suit me, but I'm pretty experienced with Rep!

I've played lots of ST's but good smokes are rare so it would be nice to have some practice against him because he totally shuts down zoning which is important for both Reptile and Kabal... :)

So thats FenriR. You can see him often in the lobby, Rider. Cit played him; ask him for advice.

And holdwolf don't worry m8 its our first tourney it dosent matter if you lose aslong as you enjoy yourself. :)

Ah yes (keep forgetting things today lol). Shadow, if you're available, I could use one of our training sessions; I have something I want to do with Mileena. I can't seem to time the full roll combo online anymore. Here's what I keep missing online: roll, splits, boot down, small dash~112~sais/neckbite.

My match will be about 8pm.

I think i'm going to use Kabal for the first round and see how things go.

5-5 Loogie vs Saja (FH_Fenrir) yesterday!

if he uses Skarlet, its a very bad matchup for her ... just dont block low when you read a dash since her downslash hits overhead. I could beat him with my secondary chars vs Skarlet, for Sub it was not that hard. Then he went to Rain, Rain is his MAIN no doubt. Be warry of his en RH, when Saja has meter, he can't wait to waste it on en moves. en teleport, en RH, en GK ... same with Skarlet, also Reptile. when he has meter, he will go for their en moves for some reason. when i caught him in combos he never had a breaker.

for Skarlet, you can punish her teleport kick thing with a full combo and can spin on reaction. he likes to jump back and do the teleport thing.

for Rain, just be careful when you are rushing him he doesnt have meter otherwise he will tear through your string with the enRH into full combo. likes to teleport alot and immediately start with b2, 1+2 which hits overhead and is safe on block. if you see him cancelling just spin the mothafucka!

Verdict: You beat him convincingly he is not that scary. Punishes hard though, he rarely dropped any combos vs me.

you have gotten much better from our previous fights ... i dont use Raiden at all, but the d4s were a nightmare to handle, i cant get any pressure game going vs Mili. keep it up. Noob gets you though, a close one yesterday but your telekick cannot be used at all, coz of upknee to Mili's pretty jaw everytime:P

Cit's Raiden game is far more difficult to counter. *nod* Not sure what Tendou's like?
