In particular, I'd like to focus on just a few right now.
From an early stage, I've noticed that Kit has serious trouble dealing with other zoners. Even in the utter noob category of players, when I started, Noob Saibot and Sindel for instance were the most difficult matchups for me if they projectile spammed.
I've experienced the petite horror of fighting Kenshi with Kitana; a good Kenshi will zone her out and it is almost impossible (ok, not impossible, but extremely difficult) for her to get in. Moreover, Kenshi has armored moves; even if she does get in, he will kick her in the vag and send her flying half way across the screen if he's smart. Ostensibly, the same can be said for Ermac.
On the other hand, I've found that Kit vs. Scorpion, at least online, is an easier MU for me than Mil vs Scorpion. It is easy for Kitana to evade Scorps teleports and kunai attacks. Another interesting fact; Kitana has total air domination and many Scorp players like to jump around a lot. Versus a Kitana who knows what she's doing, this is a certain death sentence for Scorpion.
An interesting MU for me is Kit vs Mil - my personal wet dream xD. The sisters really are two sides of the same coin, but technically Mileena may be more dangerous since she has better entry options than Kitana. Still, Kit has all the tools she needs to counter Mileena effectively; a properly timed air lift can counter telekick, they can both zone like hell and Kit has effective tools to punish Mileena's kick and roll on block. What makes Kitana weak in any matchup though is her abysmal lack of a low starter - save for the feint kick, she has no other low mixup option.
