REO's 'block infinite'

I don't believe it's a block infinite, REO was doing it at Final Round, and twice (i believe) he got knocked out of it. Stryker's EX roll was one move that knocked him out of it, the other was an uppercut i think.

It's still pretty impressive being able to do it consecutively without dropping it, i can do it three times i think, then my cancel doesn't work, just takes practice i guess. Also, his standing 2 AA, NDC, 2, NDC, F4 is simply amazing. Loved watching him at FR, he deserved to win imo.

A block infinite is doing a move that forces your opponent to block, i thought? Meaning, f he did that without dropping it, there's nothing the opponent can do. Or am i wrong?

I believe it's akin to a frame trap. Which means, like out of most frame traps, d1 (or d4 ) will get you out if you time it right. In any case, I call this one - reos uber spam with skill.

Basically your traped in block mode even if you let go of block you will still be blocking unless he drops it he will slowly take all your health takes mega skill and a hitbox I reckon but its lame and needs patching.

i hated Kabal for the way REO plays him ... its a fucking machine gun if he has the life lead building meter like crazy then you get into a NDC cancel shenanigans you might as well drop the controller or let him hit you so he fucks up his string with the NDCs he can't be that fucking quick to hit confirm an NDC string unless he reads it!

i am hating REO and his Kabal play at the moment, its so frustrating to watch I can't imagine how would the opp feel when being subjected to a form of 'spam' like that!

i think the fact that he was facing Sheeva, with a hugggggggggggggeeeeee hitbox slow normals, is like a sitting duck cant do shit vs Kabal. Shang owned him, DetroitBalling vs REO, it was very well deserved IMO. should have fatalitied his ass too...
