you can invite him over to the forum, and if he is interested to be in the clan he can apply in the applications thread. (basically, make a thread and introduce him/herself)
but he has to register first, to get the access to the different tabs.
BoPs could then play him and get to know him before welcoming him as a member (if all goes well, that is)
